Turndown Attendant - Housekeeping (Full Time)

The Turndown Attendant is responsible for providing evening turndown service to guest rooms, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests at the end of the day. This role focuses on attention to detail, consistency of standards, and timely execution of service to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Perform evening turndown service in assigned occupied and unoccupied guest rooms following resort standards
• Refresh guest rooms by removing used towels and replacing them with clean linens
• Prepare the bed for sleep, including straightening linens and ensuring proper presentation
• Close drapes as applicable, reduce lighting, and set the room for evening comfort
• Clean and wipe down bathroom surfaces, sinks, vanities, and mirrors as needed
• Remove trash from bedroom and bathroom areas
• Remove Room Service trays, dishes, and carts and place them in designated service areas
• Replace used glassware, cups, and minibar items with clean items as applicable
• Restock guest amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, cotton items, stationery, coffee, tea, and related supplies
• Fold and neatly place guest clothing left in the room, following privacy and handling standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house through the designated work order system
• Add approved guest touches when required to enhance the evening experience
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests when assigned
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied or late check-out rooms when needed

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED or minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Previous hospitality experience
• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language
• Must be available to work, varied shifts and flexible schedules

Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $22.28/Hour
